• Secure notifications related to your visit

These communications are used solely for administrative and healthcare-related purposes.

Access to Imaging Records

PocketHealth provides patients with the option to:

• Securely access their imaging records and reports online
• Share imaging with physicians or specialists
• Download copies of their records

Medical imaging records are only made available through PocketHealth if a patient chooses to register and provide consent directly with PocketHealth.

Privacy & Data Protection

PocketHealth’s systems are designed to comply with applicable privacy laws, including Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). They use encrypted data storage, secure servers, and independent security audits to maintain high standards of confidentiality and data protection.
